The hotel's location was perfect for me, right beside Robinson's mall where I could easily buy anything I needed from the supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful and even gave me tips on transportation and directions around this city. The hotel was very clean and had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Our experience during the new year was overshadowed by the poor Wi-Fi connection. It was frustrating not being able to connect to the internet, especially during the holiday season when we wanted to stay connected with family and friends.
